Report Your Injury Immediately
Notify your supervisor about your work-related injury as soon as possible. Request a CA-16 (Authorization for Examination and Treatment) form. For traumatic injuries, you will also need a CA-1 form; for occupational diseases, a CA-2 form.
File Your OWCP Claim
Determine whether your injury is a CA-1 (traumatic injury — a single incident) or CA-2 (occupational disease — developed over time). Submit your claim through the DOL ECOMP system. We can guide you through every step of this process.
OWCP-Compliant Evaluation
Bring your CA-16 to our clinic for immediate evaluation. We perform a thorough examination documenting your injuries in the format OWCP requires, including establishing the causal relationship between your injury and your federal job duties.
Treatment & Ongoing Documentation
